Science Will Save us

“Science Will Save Us” are a Progressive funk/rock band from Birmingham who spent a weekend locked away in Blue 46 laying down the track Schroedinger Cat. They tracked live utilising all the live rooms for complete isolation from one another. We are all looking forward to seeing them back soon to complete the recording of their EP.

I shot the Pilot

“I Shot the Pilot” are a exciting new 4 piece from the city, mixing memorable melodies with anthemic chorus’ for a really powerful mix. They wanted the same vibe recording as when they’re playing live and rehearsing so opted for everyone being in the court whilst tracking. A highlight for all was the 160 piece gang vocal for the song “the black freighter”.

Sian Alexandra is a singer songwriter from Nottingham who came to Blue 46 for a week to record her debut e.p. Featuring many guest musicians and a varied instrumentation on each track making it a truly interesting EP and session.

Jameson is R’n’B reggae artist from Birmingham signed to Goldern Touch Management. He came in to track vocals to Tizzel recordings beat for the “living for the weekend” which features a cameo from Gaps and Jameson 5 year old son!
